Criteria for choosing appropriate members of a group vary. However, the focus is on finding individuals that like being in groups, work well in groups, and have some degree of artistic talent and/or interest in the arts. Although leaders are great to have in groups, too many leaders lead to stagnancy and inactivity. Groups need people that do not mind following and prefer contributing to the team through supportive actions versus leading the team through supervision.

The more people become exposed to different people and situations, they more able they are to handle work requirements and job related stresses.
There are two types of people out there in regards to sociability. The introvert and the extrovert. While introverts have their own purpose in groups, too many in one group may lead to people avoiding each other and not communicating. I want to screen out introverts in favor of the extrovert because extroverts want to be around people more than introverts are. This is an important screening question.

Another was pet peeves. Someone with too many pet peeves might cause problems in a group setting. It could also be a good way to determine sensitivity in an individual. People with many pet peeves may be very particular about how the go about and do things. People with less pet peeves or common pet peeves may be more low maintenance and open to doing things outside of their comfort zone. Everyone is unique, but certain types of people are easier to get along with than others are.

The war and disease question helps me to see the creative process and communicative ability of someone during screening. Depending on the length of the answer and the person's persuasive ability, this could be an excellent way to assess a person's thinking ability. Some people have an easy time communicating concepts and feelings. Others may not. Those that cannot would not be selected for this group.

Art is a great way…

Progressive provided a catchy and positive note to its ad by having the slogan, "Happy drivers make good drivers." From what I can recall in the All State ad, it mentioned something about safe driving, again
